    Description

    The National Historical Society Chess Set was sold sometime ago.  Just found the information booklets.  Stored for decades.  The set includes the COA dated April 7, 1983.  This is a complete set of 16 booklets plus one duplicate (Pierre G.T. Beauregard).  The back of the box has scotch tape strips on it.  The booklets have some trim wear.  Don't understand why.
